Bahrain to reopen schools, gyms; okays indoor dining services MANAMA, 25 days ago In a major move, Bahrain has announced the reopening of the country s educational institutions starting from March 14 onwards in addition to permitting indoor dining services at restaurants and cafes and the social gatherings with a maximum capacity of 30 customers as well as indoor gyms and sports halls, reported Bahrain News Agency.   This comes following the recommendation of National Medical Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus (Covid-19) presented today (March 11) to the Government Executive Committee.   The Taskforce, headed by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health, Lieutenant-General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, underscored the importance of collective effort to combat the coronavirus pandemic and its variant strain, adding that all decisions and recommendations are periodically reviewed in accordance with the latest Covid-19 data.
