TAOISEACH MICHEAL MARTIN says Irish supporters could be back in stadiums by mid-summer.

A Leinster Rugby match, that would have seen 2,000 spectators return to the RDS, will now not go ahead as planned according to the Sports Minister.
Last month the club submitted plans to Government to use rapid antigen testing to allow fans back to the arena in Dublin.
Today, Minister Jack Chambers confirmed that fans would not attending. He said the reopening of society does not involve spectators at matches in May.
He said, however, that he is optimistic that fans will be back at matches this summer.
He said a lot of work has been done on the issue and that there is a plan for spectators to attend test events in July and August.
