Ho Chi Minh City police have launched a campaign to crack down on criminals in the next two months to maintain social order for upcoming special events such as the 13th National Party Congress, Christmas, and New Year holidays.
Relevant forces in the southern metropolis kicked off the program on December 15 to tighten measures against crimes and criminals.
The campaign will last until February 28.
