The Timmins Police – Traffic Services is treating the matter as an incident involving the dangerous operation of a vehicle, with a suspected element of impaired driving attached.

Timmins Police Service officers responded to a call for service where a single-motor vehicle collision involving a four-wheeler had occurred near the intersection of Denise Street and Louise Avenue.
According to police, the operator of the four-wheeler was observed driving in a dangerous manner which resulted in the driver losing control of the ATV and flipping it several times in quick succession resulting in significant injury to a female passenger.
