Disney+ is bringing
Monsters Inc. back in a new way with the sequel series
Monsters at Work. After being in development for a couple years, we finally have word that the series will arrive this July. But that’s not all, because Disney+ has also released a look at some new monsters from the series, and a new cast member reporting for duty.

Film maker and author Mindy Kaling has joined the cast of Disney+’s upcoming animated series “Monsters At Work”, the entertainment company announced in a press release Feb. 17, 2021.
Kaling will voice the role of Val Little, an enthusiastic member of the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team (aka “MIFT”). She is represented by CAA, 3Arts, The Lede Company and Ziffren Law.
“Monsters At Work” will begin streaming Friday, July 2, exclusively on Disney+.
