2 teens arrested on capital murder charges in shooting death of delivery driver in West Dallas

Dallas police arrested two teenagers in connection with the fatal December shooting of a 65-year-old delivery driver in West Dallas.
Qualin Dajuan Curlin, 18, and Tristin Devon Howard, 17, each face one count of capital murder in the slaying of Timothy Allen.
Authorities found Allen dead shortly after noon Dec. 23 after being called to the 2300 block of Leath Street to perform a welfare check on an unresponsive man in a vehicle. Police said Allen was shot the previous night, just after he made a delivery at The Hamptons at Lakewest apartments.
