Four people involved in different aspects of Chinese-Canadian relations will speak at an upcoming Whistler Forum for Leadership and Dialogue forum focusing on China. The event is planned on Sunday, Jan. 24 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the Whistler Chamber of Commerce boardroom at the Blackcomb Gatehouse Building, above the Visitor Info centre. Featured speakers will be Lee Man, food writer for Vancouver Magazine and other publications, on Chinese Cuisine in Canada ; Ziuhu Guo, visiting scholar at the UBC Law School and co-author of Corporate Social Responsibility in China and Justin Carter of the Global Environmental Institute in Beijing, speaking on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility in China and Canada ; and Jimmy Mitchell, Heritage Canada s business promotion and liaison to the Shanghai World Expo 2010, who will provide details of the forum s tour of Seoul, Korea, and Shanghai in September.
