A 41-year-old man was arrested after he rode his scooter shortly after a court handed him a banning order.
A 41-year-old man was arrested after he rode his scooter in front of police shortly after a court handed him a banning order. Helton Kruger appeared before Liverpool Magistrates on March 26 when he was handed an interim driving disqualification by the court.
But after the hearing Kruger chose to jump back on his scooter, in front of an officer who had just given evidence against him. Kruger then rode off down Lord Street in Liverpool city centre.
