The team behind two of the city’s most popular restaurants, Berrington’s and Wolf & Waffle, will open Brasserie Loup on May 18. The restaurant will be based above Wolf & Waffle on Berry Street, serving a menu of classic French dishes. Brasserie Loup will seat 60 diners and serve traditional French dishes cooked using simple flavours, with highlights including cheesy onion soup and Moules frites with garlic and white wine sauce.
