A new Fort Lauderdale destination called Quantum Lifestyle Center in Flagler Village is set to open - and with it, revitalize what was once a former warehouse district near the downtown part of the city.
“I believe we will be the heartbeat of Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale,” said Larry Abbo, CEO of Prime Group.

Abbo told NBC 6 it’s a place for everyone to hangout. You can live in the lifestyle center apartments, shop and dine and have your family and friends stay close - but not too close.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ Remember these young men? The five Middletown teen boys who jumped into a frozen pond this past December and saved two little kids in a sledding accident will be honored with a $7,500 prize this May.
The money is given out by the Russell Berrie Foundation, a Mahwah-based non-profit that gives out money annually to people across New Jersey.
Kieran Foley, Joseph Dietrich, Drew Scalice, Ryan Day, and Tyler Armagan all freshmen at Middletown High School North will be awarded the money in virtual award ceremony on May 7.
On Tuesday, April 13, Larry and Beverly Hall traveled to Gatlinburg, TN to spend a few days with Todd and Darlene Badgley. While there, the couples enjoyed Parrot Mountain , Anakeesta and a hike to Laurel Falls. They enjoyed dining at The Pancake Factory, Paula Deen s Family Kitchen, and The Peddler. The couples enjoyed their time together in the mountains. Â

Recently, Bubba and Jennifer Stanton, Chad and Leslie Coffey, Morgan and Phillip Little, Kristen Youngblood, and Joe McDonald flew into St. Thomas and took a ferry to the island of St. John. The group was celebrating the 40th birthday of Kristen Youngblood as well as her graduation from Blue Mountain College. The first day they ate dinner in an open air restaurant on the bay called High Tide. The next day they spent on Honeymoon Beach, and they did a kayaking and snorkeling tour of Caneel Bay where they swam with sea turtles and sting rays and snorkeled the reef.
