HADLEY A man missing from Sunderland since March has been identified as the man found by a kayaker May 26 in the Connecticut River, according to the Northwestern district attorney’s office.
Geoffrey R. “Randy” Arthur, 67, was reported missing March 29, said spokeswoman Laurie Loisel. He was the subject of extensive searches in the days after his disappearance, with Sunderland police and firefighters searching the woods along Route 47 and the adjacent portion of the Connecticut River, helped by the Massachusetts State Police Air Wing.
