Worcesteria: John L. Foley not running for re-election to School Committee Worcester Magazine SCHOOL S OUT: Next year, Worcester is looking at having a potentially transformed School Committee. First, longtime committee member John F. Monfredo announced he wasn t running for re-election. Now, John L. Foley confided in a phone conversation that he ll be retiring at the end of his current term, “I think its time,” said Foley. “It s been a long time I ve served the School Committee.
