Trend News Agency s correspondent Vugar Imanov has taken part in a webinar New media policy in the modern world , held as part of the Global Festival of Journalism.
Co-organized by the International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry, Marwah Studios and Pioneer in Media Education, the festival was held on February 12-14.
The 9th Global Festival of Journalism will feature seminars, exhibitions, panel discussions, interviews, book presentations, workshops, film reviews and presentations. The festival is traditionally held in the city of Noida (India).
The webinar was attended by nearly 17 famous journalists from different countries, who shared their thoughts and experiences on this topic. The webinar was hosted by the President of Marwah Studios Sandeep Marwah.

The film directed byTahir Aliyev tells about a schoolgirl who lives alone in a remote village. Her only dream is to walk in new red shoes on muddy country roads.
ZILANT Film Festival will take place in Tatarstan on February 20-21.
The festival has been held since 2017, twice a year. The festival does not set restrictions on genre and theme of films.
The main goal of the film festival is to discover and support talented youth. The project also focuses on search of new art forms.
Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum and Russian Ethnographic Museum (REM) will hold a joint exhibition on February 19.
The exhibition Weaving the thread of fate into the carpet. Decorative and applied art of Azerbaijan in the collection of the Russian Ethnographic Museum will feature over 100 unique samples of decorative and applied art. The first thing to pay attention to is more than 40 carpets - an object of national pride and a cultural phenomenon of Azerbaijanis. Azerbaijani carpets are made of pure wool, sometimes with the addition of cotton. They are distinguished by high density and use of natural dyes. Most of the carpets date back to 19 - the first decade of the 20th century. The exhibition will also feature a unique pile carpet Surakhany of the 18th century, the message said.
Uzbek music ensemble Ozbegim Yoshlari will perform a concert in Shusha.
The relevant agreement was reached during a meeting between director of Azerbaijan Cultural Center Samir Abbasov, and artistic director of the Ozbegim Yoshlari music group, Honored Cultural Worker Lutviya Ruzibayeva.
The sides discussed cooperation with Barkamol Ovlad, the main force of the youth movement in Uzbekistan, joint projects of the Uzbek Youth Music Group with the Azerbaijan Cultural Center, Azertag reported.
Ozbegim Yoshlari has participated in international festivals in more than 30 countries and won numerous awards. The music ensemble made great presentations on Uzbek culture and music. Its repertoire covers all aspects of Uzbek music - vocal, pop, makom, oriental dances.

A conference on The Past, Present and Future of Karabakh has been held as part of the cooperation between the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World.
The conference highlighted the damage caused to historical, cultural, religious monuments in the Nagorno-Karabakh and adjacent regions as a result of Armenian aggression, Azertag reported.
President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva addressed the event. After the glorious Victory, Karabakh united all the Turkic peoples even more. 44 days together with the victory restored our national identity and instilled a sense of pride in the Azerbaijani people and the entire Turkic world. Friendship, brotherhood and solidarity between Azerbaijan and Turkey at the level of heads of state have become an example for the whole world, she said.
