Ashley Walters, a former personal assistant to Marilyn Manson, has sued the disgraced musician for sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other transgressions.
She also corroborated some of the abuse allegations leveled previously by other women, including Manson’s ex-girlfriends Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco.
In a legal complaint filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court, Walters accused the “Beautiful People” singer of leveraging his “position of power, celebrity and connections to exploit and victimize” her during her employment from 2010 to 2011.
Walters is seeking financial compensation for the damages incurred, as well as a trial by jury for Manson’s alleged crimes. LOS ANGELES David Lacey, the husband of former Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey, will not face jail time for pulling a handgun on Black Lives Matter protesters who showed up at the couple’s home uninvited early one morning last year.
L.A. County Superior Court judge allowed Lacey, 67, to enter a diversion program Thursday to resolve charges stemming from the confrontation on March 2, 2020, the day before his wife was up for re-election in the primary, Daily Wire reported.
BLM members and allies gathered outside the Lacey’s house demanding a meeting with the then-district attorney. They were chanting, banging on drums, and then rang the doorbell. The group demanded a meeting over her unwillingness to prosecute police officers who had been involved in fatal shootings, according to reports.

Two women, both Asian Americans raised in Southern California, enrolled in USC graduate programs a few years apart. Both went to the student health clinic for gynecological care and both ended up in an exam room with Dr. George Tyndall. Both later said they were sexually assaulted by the doctor, and struggled for years afterward to trust men and medical professionals.
When it came time for USC to compensate them for their injuries, however, their stories diverged sharply. Lucy Chi, a 2014 graduate who works in healthcare information technology, reached a settlement expected to total about $1.2 million. The other alumna, an Orange County mother, was awarded less than $200,000.
