JLL announced today that the company brokered the 70,000 s/f lease for the new digital Van Gogh experience set to open at Pier 36 on the Lower East Side next month.
Charles Gerace and Alexander Riguardi represented Lighthouse Immersive Inc. in the short-term deal with property owner Pier 36/Basketball City.
The digital art show has risen to blockbuster status, selling out its run in Toronto and extending its run in Chicago, and San Francisco. The company has released more tickets for the Pier 36 show after selling out following the announcement of its debut here.
Created by digital artist Massimiliano Siccardi, the show uses 60,600 frames of video, 90,000,000 pixels, and 500,000+ cubic feet of projections, merging state-of-the-art technology, theatrical storytelling, and world-class animation.
