BRITS woke up to freezing -4C temperatures this morning as heavy snow blankets the nation.
It comes before the mercury shoots back up to 13C in parts of the UK next week as the cold snap finally comes to an end.

THE wife of a celebrity photographer who suffocated their 10-year-old disabled son was today sentenced to an indefinite hospital order.
Lawyer Olga Freeman, 40, said she was the Messiah and she needed to sacrifice Dylan before he was found dead at home in Acton, West London.
