The two new sets of passing lanes between Prince Albert and Christopher Lake were officially opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning. Government officials say the project was completed ahead of schedule, and will improve safety on Hwy 2. Officials said they will also improve traffic flow for commuters to and from communities and parks in the Prince Albert area and the province’s north.
