U18s in FA Youth Cup Action Against Liverpool
Wednesday, 16th Dec 2015 11:29
Town’s U18s get into FA Youth Cup action this evening when they take on Liverpool in a third round tie at St Helens’ Langtree Park (KO 7pm).
If the young Blues are victorious then they will face Cardiff City at Portman Road in the fourth round, the Bluebirds having defeated Bristol City 4-0 at Ashton Gate in their third round tie on Monday. Tonight’s game is being shown live on LFCTV from 6.30pm.
It will be no easy task for the team coached by Gerard Nash and Alan Lee to win the tie with the Category One Reds currently third in the U18 Premier League (North) having gone 13 games without a defeat.
