Antoine Campbell s 35th birthday is Wednesday, but after nearly two years, he still hasn t been reunited with his family, police said.
Campbell, whose last known address was on Mill Street in Rome, was first reported missing May 11, 2019, after his family didn t hear from him for two months, according to the Rome Police Department.
He was known to visit New York City and the Albany area.

ROME, Ga. A court clerk has found himself on the other side of the law after police recently charged him with DUI following a crash.
A report from Rome Police on April 27 describes the moments after an officer arrived to find Polk County s chief probate court clerk, Charles Bradley Shelton, standing outside his wrecked vehicle. The truck was hanging from an embankment according to the report.
Oneida County CAC Marks Child Abuse Awareness Month
Blue pinwheels were placed on the grounds of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center today to mark Child Abuse Awareness Month.
Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Derrick O’Meara says every adult needs to play a role in protecting children every month.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center served 869 children last year.
Since January 1, the CAC has 304 reports of child sexual abuse.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center is comprised of members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Rome Police, Utica Police, and the New York State Police, as well as victim advocates from the YWCA, victim counselors from Center for Family Life and and Recovery, and the Neighborhood Center.
