Since his first full recruiting class in 2016, 12 of the 17 receiver prospects (70.5%) the Wolverines have netted were rated as four-star prospects or better, including Trent, the No. 281 prospect and No. 40 prospect nationally, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings.

Which quarterback follows McCarthy?

Michigan doesn't seem to have a quarterback lined up in 2022 yet. Michigan made offers to various guys:  Ewers went to Bucknuts, Simpson went to the Crimson Flow, Murphy went to the Texicans, Klubnic projected to go to the Fighting Clemsons, but maybe we still have possibilities there? Which of the remaining guys might be a fit? Or, will the next top candidate after McCarthy be from 2023?  There's a guy from Detroit who so far is looking good who likes Michigan.
