CATLETTSBURG An Ashland man accused of multiple counts of child pornography and clandestinely filming a male urinating in a bathroom stall is expected to plead guilty to various charges on Aug. 13.
Craig B. Alexander, 25, is under indictment in three separate cases charging him with multiple counts of possession and distribution of child pornography, as well as one count of video voyeurism.
Alexander was set to plead guilty Friday, but his attorney, Michael Curtis, told Boyd County Circuit Court Judge George Davis that there was a âdifference of opinionâ between him and the Commonwealthâs Attorney.
âWeâre trying to get to a resolution, but we need to review photos in this case next week at the Ashland Police Department,â Curtis said.

Drugs and theft seemed to be the theme of last weekâs grand jury.
Among those indicted was 63-year-old Kimberly S. Sutton, of Richmond, on a sole count of theft by failure to properly execute a will.
According to her indictment, Sutton was supposed to split the proceeds of a $66,600 estate among three heirs, but instead kept it for herself. Details are scant, as the case was directly indicted â meaning, Boyd County Commonwealth Attorney Rhonda Copley presented the evidence to the grand jury without the case working its way through district court first.
The case was investigated by Kentucky State Police, according to the indictment.
