Rochdale Sixth Form College has been awarded a silver accreditation by the community interest company Investors in People.
The college has been awarded the “We invest in people” silver accreditation, which is achieved by only 15% of organisations assessed by Investors in People.
Richard Ronksley, Principal of Rochdale Sixth Form College, said: “I would like to thank all our staff in contributing to and supporting us during this accreditation process and I am delighted with Silver.
“The success of Rochdale Sixth Form College is due to the work and commitment of a very special, dedicated staff body. The online staff survey showed that over 97% of our staff felt the organisation made a positive impact on society and I could not be prouder of the work we undertake to inspire and motivate our students to achieve their ambitions and potential.”
