Rochford District Council is set to receive £1548.60 in compensation for the clear up costs of the fly-tips and £1000 in legal costs. The offences by Mr Wood were carried out all in the Rochford District over an eight-month period, including at Leecon Way, Mill Lane and on privately owned farm land.
