A residents has been fined more than £2,000 and ordered to complete unpaid work after flytipping in three locations including on private farm land. Bradley Wood of St Clare Meadow, Rochford was sentenced to a 12 Month community order and will be required to undertake 200 hours of unpaid work, after Rochford District Council brought the prosecution. Rochford District Council is set to receive £1548.60 in compensation for the clear up costs of the fly-tips and £1000 in legal costs. The offences by Mr Wood were carried out all in the Rochford District over an eight-month period, including at Leecon Way, Mill Lane and on privately owned farm land.
