In my first, and pretty much everyone s mock draft for 2021 Pittsburgh Steelers, penciled in a left tackle in the first round. Names like Samuel Cosmi and Alex Leatherwood populate everyone s wish list. Others will step away from the norm a little further and see the need for a running back and dream of Najee Harris. I m not here to change anyone s mind, rather offer another perspective.
CBSSports recently proposed the idea of trading up in the first round, joining many other members of the Steelers community. What would the rest of the draft look like in this situation? It s my third Senior Bowl positional breakdown and it s time to flip back over to defense - linebackers. This linebacker group isn t on the level of the running backs headed to Mobile, but there are plenty of options for teams to find quality run stuffers with the versatility to do a number of things on third down as well.
