Hi Walter. I just finished reading everything you sent on coronavirus. It’s striking to me how we have both been pondering the exact same issues. I’m curious to read your writings on global warming as I have the same concerns about the facts as you highlight for coronavirus. I’d have a few more things to say about jury nullification as I agree with you the NAP/3LP doesn’t solve everything. Also, I think mens rea should be more relevant to the analysis. I’d sure like to sit and think through some of these issues with you sometime over a few hours.
