Regina Fire suspect arson at duplex fire in Washington Park neighbourhood By Ryan McNally Aug 3, 2021 | 11:02 PM Regina Fire and Protective Services are indicating a fire that destroyed a duplex on the 600 block of Garnet Street on Sunday was the result of arson. Crews responded to the scene just before 5:00 AM, where the duplex was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. The fire was controlled quickly, but according to Deputy Fire Chief Gord Hewitt, the property is a complete loss. No one was inside of the building at the time of the fire, and no one was injured as a result of the incident.
