BEIJING, May 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Recon Technology, Ltd (NASDAQ: RCON), ( Recon or the Company ), today announced the Company s subsidiary, Future Gas Station (Beijing) Technology, Ltd. ( FGS ), renewed its cooperation agreement dated March 18, 2018 (the Agreement ) with Banma Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the Banma ), an Alibaba-backed connected car company focusing on autonomous intelligent car operating system development, for three years starting from May 1, 2021.
Pursuant to the Agreement, FGS integrates its self-developed DT Refuel function with Banma s Smart Refuel application, which is embedded into Banma s vehicle system, so Banma s care users could refuel at the gas stations of Petro China Co., Ltd. ( Petro China ) through Banma s Smart Refuel. FGS and Banma aim to provide value-added services and better refueling experience to the vehicle owners through this long-term cooperation.

( FGS ), has entered into a cooperation agreement (the Agreement ) with Henan sales branch of PetroChina Co. Ltd. ( Henan CNPC ) and Alipay (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd ( Alipay ) to develop a mini program named Hao Ke Le Jia on Alipay s mobile application and to provide operation and maintenance services for the related joint membership program. This is the second time that FGS and Alipay cooperate since they began to provide similar service to Zhejiang sales branch of PetroChina Co. Ltd. ( Zhejiang CNPC ) in October 2020.

(NASDAQ: RCON), ( Recon or the Company ), a China-based independent solutions integrator in the oilfield service, electric power and coal chemical industries, today announced that the Company successfully completed the design and implementation of an intelligent control platform system (the System ) for North China E&P Company (the North China Branch ) of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation ( Sinopec ), according to a technology service agreement (the Agreement ) signed between one of Recon s subsidiaries and the North China Branch of Sinopec in October 2020.
The System will help Sinopec analyze the data collected by the sensors installed on electrical submersible pumps (the ESPs ) of gas wells using AI algorithm automatically and monitor and control the operation of the ESPs according to the analysis. This is the first time that intelligent technology is used in Sinopec s
