Sasha Crist stood in the waiting room of the Milan Puskar Health Right clinic in downtown Morgantown during a quick drop-in visit on a February afternoon. She was there to pick up safe injection supplies. No more than five minutes after she entered through the clinic’s glass door, she was sitting in a room with a social worker, firing off a list of needs.

KEYSER - With COVID numbers soaring in the past few months, it has been a concern for many. Finally seeing a dip in those numbers recently has put some more at ease.
For many, however, these numbers weren’t just numbers; they represented someone they knew and loved who had battled the virus, or perhaps lost that battle.
Julie Beth Bryan remembers two of the numbers really well - they weren’t just a statistic to her. They represented her very life and the life of someone she loves and almost lost.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. The lead investigator into the arson fire that killed a member of the West Virginia Air National Guard says the investigation is progressing in hopes of finding those responsible for setting the blaze.

State Deputy Fire Marshal Jason Baltic said Tuesday the investigative team, which includes state police, sheriff’s deputies and the federal ATF, has already conducted some interviews with more scheduled. They’ve also retrieved video surveillance.
“It’s a very large investigation at this point,” Baltic said during a Tuesday appearance on MetroNews “Talkline.”
