Milwaukee Bucks unveil new Earned Edition uniform
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) The Milwaukee Bucks unveiled new 2020-21 Earned Edition uniforms on Wednesday, March 10. The fit is exclusively available to the 16 NBA teams which earned a spot in the 2020 NBA Playoffs.
The Bucks will debut their Earned Edition uniform Thursday, March 11, when they take on the New York Knicks at Fiserv Forum and will wear it a total of 11 times during the Second Half of the 2020-21 regular season.
According to a news release from the team, the NBA’s Earned Edition uniforms celebrate the 16 franchises that made the playoffs last season, with team names or logos prominently emblazoned on the front of the jerseys and featuring current team design elements, brought to life through enhanced franchise colors. The designs across each uniform amplify the iconic elements that are ingrained in the fabric of each organization.

For the second consecutive season, both Foundations agreed that a portion of the proceeds from each Bucks jersey that was sold in the Bucks Pro Shop during the 2019-20 season would be donated to charity.

According to a news release, more than 8,700 jerseys were sold in the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum last season, resulting in the $43,590 donation from the Bucks Foundation and Harley-Davidson Foundation to Hunger Task Force. The donation will be used by Hunger Task Force to improve food sources for seniors in the Near West Side neighborhood of Milwaukee.
