Natalie Portman stars in Christian Dior’s second installment of the “Dior Stands with Women” film series, which was just released in honor of International Women s Day. Portman is featured in the initiative–created with Dior muse Charlize Theron’s Africa Outreach Program–alongside a star-studded lineup, including Yara Shahidi and figure skater Yuna Kim.

Makeup artist Georgie Eisdell used Dior products on Taylor and shares that her inspiration for the makeup look originated from the Dior gown that she was wearing. “The look has a little ’70s vibe to it, so I wanted to lean into that but keep it modern, so we went with a smokey bronzed eye, gorgeous fluffy lashes, and soft cheeks. To pull it all together, I opted for a modern, nude lip,” she says.
But before putting the actual makeup, Eidsell prepped Taylor’s skin by massaging Dior Capture Totale C.E.L.L. Energy Super Potent Serum onto her skin and applied eye cream (from the same skincare range) to revitalise and smoothen her under eye area. “To finish, I used The Dior Capture Totale Super Potent Rich Creme to lock in moisture and give a beautiful radiant healthy glow.”
