She s led the International Institute of Erie for nearly a decade and now Dylanna Grasinger is vying to be Erie s next county executive. Grasinger on Friday announced that she will seek the Democratic nomination for county executive in the May 18 primary, in hopes of succeeding incumbent Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper, who is not seeking a third term.
