GREAT British Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant will be featuring in the latest series of Celebrity MasterChef. The Blackburn-based director of Cookson and Clegg will be taking part alongside actor turned presenter Joe Swash, Blue singer Duncan James and comedian Nabil Abdulrashid. This year s selection of celebrity contestants also includes comedian Munya Chawawa, Melanie Sykes, former EastEnders actress Rita Simons, singer and reality TV star Megan McKenna and Penny Lancaster. Taking part in the competition will mark a busy time for former Saville Row tailor Patrick Grant, who just this week announced his plans to bring flax and woad growing back to Lancashire with the Super Slow Way backed Homegrown/Homespun project.

Celebrity MasterChef is back and will see the likes of Katie Price, Megan McKenna and Joe Swash battling it out in the kitchen.
The line-up was announced on Thursday, with Katie, 42, former TOWIE star Megan, 28, and Joe, 39, joining 17 other celebrities for this year s series.
It comes a day after Katie announced she is engaged for the eighth time, after boyfriend Carl Woods, 32, proposed.
The BBC One show, set to air later this year, will also star Melanie Sykes, 50, Strictly dancer Johannes Radebe, 33, Blue s Duncan James, 43, and Penny Lancaster, 50.
