A Somerset drug dealer was caught four times with phones in his cell in as many months, a court heard.
Calum Sheppard, aged 26, who was also found with sim cards and a charger, was given extra jail time at HMP Dartmoor.

COLUMBUS, Ohio Former NHL defenseman Sylvain Lefebvre, who has spent the last nine seasons coaching in the AHL, has been picked by Blue Jackets coach Brad Larsen to join his staff as an assistant coach.
The Blue Jackets wouldn’t confirm the report on Tuesday, but an announcement is expected before the end of the week, perhaps as soon as Wednesday.
Lefebvre, 53, will coach the Blue Jackets’ defensemen and run the penalty kill, among other duties. Pascal Vincent, who was hired as associate coach last Wednesday, will coach the forwards and run the power play.
All three coaches Larsen, Vincent and Lefebvre will have three-year contracts, sources told
