Legislators plan to reintroduce bills to make it easier for victims of late doctor to sue University of Michigan

ANN ARBOR, MI State representatives Ryan Berman, R-Commerce Township, and Karen Whitsett, D-Detroit, are planning to reintroduce two bills that would make it easier for victims of a late University of Michigan athletic doctor to sue the university.
