The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office said Jaron Weeks died from gunshot wounds and ruled his death a homicide. The second person injured is recovering.

Portland Police have released the name of a man who was killed in a shooting Christmas morning.
The shooting happened in an apartment complex near Holladay Park.
Two people were shot. 33-year-old Jaron Weeks died at the scene. The second victim, whose name isn t being released, was hospitalized.
Police have not released details about the shooting and there hasn t been an arrest in the case.
