County leaders calling for mass vaccination clinic at GCC

GENESEE COUNTY, N.Y. Leaders from Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Counties are calling on New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to create a mass vaccination clinic at Genesee Community College.
The letter reads that “Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Counties have consistently been left out of the COVID-19 response with delays in testing supplies and now with very limited vaccine allocations. All three counties are medically underserved and having a regional clinic with less than a half hour commute would benefit these communities”.

Scottish presenter Edith Bowman was accused of breaching BBC impartiality rules when she posted a series of tweets criticising MSPs cross-examination of Ms Sturgeon and calling for more focus on the misuse of funds by the Boris Johnson and the Conservative Party. The BBC licence fee came under fresh attack last night as a poll revealed that most people think it is now ‘bad value for money’.
Over a third of Britons also feel the Corporation is ‘too woke’, with almost half complaining that it is not in tune with people outside London.
Only last week, Media Minister John Whittingdale said the licence fee could be replaced by a subscription charge once everyone had access to high-speed broadband.
The latest survey, for the campaign group Defund The BBC, reveals widespread dissatisfaction with the licence fee, which will rise next month from £157.50 to £159.

Last month, the BBC announced they would be rising the mandatory licence fee by £1.50 from £157.50 to £159 from April.
The news sparked a strong reaction on Twitter.
