Special session call Gov. Spencer Cox is expected to send out the call for this week’s special session sometime Monday morning. Legislative sources say there could be two dozen or more bills that lawmakers will consider starting Wednesday. Most of those are technical or budgetary items to deal with more than $1.5 billion in federal COVID-19 relief funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.
