Her name was Susan,” she recollects. Over the past ten years, the diversity agenda has been given a particularly big push. “We felt the business imperative of being diverse at all levels. We want to provide an equitable workplace. The thought I want to leave you with is equality versus equity. We don’t want to be equal, we want to provide an equitable workspace,” Anand says.
