Both of the resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the circular published by the Company on
6 May 2021 (the Circular ) were duly passed.
The final voting position is shown below (inclusive of proxy votes cast prior to and at the General Meeting). Any proxy votes which are at the discretion of the Chairman have been included in the For total.
Applications have been for 20,005,325 Placing Shares and 2,418,918 Open Offer Shares to be admitted to listing and trading on Euronext Amsterdam and to trading on London Stock Exchange AIM.
