A seawall near three properties on Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Beach collapsed from erosion Saturday morning, with dozens of 35-foot concrete pilings falling onto the beach below. As of Monday afternoon, several pilings remain standing after a seawall collapsed in Lincoln Beach, endangering three houses. Casey Felton|News-Times in Newport, Oregon

LINCOLN BEACH Early Saturday morning, several Lincoln Beach residents awoke to find a seawall on Lincoln Avenue had collapsed from erosion, dozens of its 35-foot tall concrete pilings breaking free and tumbling onto the beach below by Monday afternoon.

If you were a major studio planning a sequel trilogy to one of the biggest franchises of all-time, you would think that you would have things mapped out from film to film. Marvel has found great success by connecting their dots well enough to make sure storylines flow from project to project as they expand on their cinematic universe and I would think that would be the same case for
Star Wars. Director Rian Johnson still gets a lot of criticism for his work on

In his article, Schnurman suggests that the deregulated energy market in Texas has resulted in production levels and prices that reflect the benefits of an unregulated free market. He also implies that preparing for a rare cold freeze would be unacceptably expensive.
However, by comparing Texas retail energy prices to the U.S. average, he obscures the fact that Texas retail prices are actually higher than prices in 22 other states hardly a bargain. He also does not comment on the fact that the complex energy market has resulted in some energy prices having skyrocketed to levels that could bankrupt an average family.
