The Rutherford County Sheriff s Office recently released information about their attempts to locate a missing La Vergne man whose family had not heard from him since he left Thanksgiving Day. Since the release of information, 32-year old Robert Brian Covert has been found. Covert was located and is safe, he was in Georgia.
Previously, the Sheriff s Office reported that he drove away in his girlfriend’s car on Thanksgiving Day and the vehicle was later found abandoned in Bridgeport, Ala., according to Detective Richard Brinkley.
