Property warning: Lockdown sees sellers halt sales but buyer demand remains high

PROPERTY sellers are now more reluctant to put their homes on the market due to COVID-19 and the UK s third national lockdown. The latest House Price Index from Zoopla reports vendors have halted listing their properties which has seen the number of new homes coming to market drop by 12 percent compared to January 2020.
