Chris was born in Webster City and raised in Charles City. As a young kid, he would always be caught singing along to songs on the radio. He says he s good at karaoke but we think otherwise. ;) In his free time, he enjoys beginning new projects at home and hardly ever finishing them. Chris lives in Charles City with his wife Vicki, daughter Brynlee and son Jaxon.

Multiple jurisdictions in our region are reopening their local governments to the public.
Stafford County announced it would lift restrictions that kept residents out of their government buildings.
Stafford County Government Opening to Public March 1 and DMV Taking Appointments
Stafford County Government offices will reopen to the public starting Monday, March 1, 2021.
Visitors will be asked to do a self-temperature check voluntarily.
Masks and social distancing of six feet are required at all times.
The Board of Supervisors will resume meetings with in-person public comments on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Those seeking to make public comments at either the 3:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. meeting will be checked at the front door.
Manassas leaders say no to U.S. flags on utility poles, kill pilot program

U.S. flags won’t be flying on utility poles in Manassas neighborhoods, after all.
City leaders on Saturday quashed a pilot program that would have expanded the city’s flag ordinance to include residential neighborhood streets. For the first time, Old Glory would be allowed to hang on city-owned utility poles in those neighborhoods, the same as it does downtown.
Under the plan, the city would agree to hang the flags. Residents would have needed to submit a petition with at least 60% approval from the street residents.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. Blaine H. “Buck” McIntosh, 75, of Wellsville passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Buck was born in Wellsville on May 26, 1945 a son of the late John and Vivian (Cook) McIntosh. He was a 1963 graduate of Wellsville High School. Buck was a veteran of the Army proudly serving his country in the Vietnam War and was recognized as a sharpshooter.
Buck worked for 40 years starting at Crucible Steel and later retiring from J & L Steel where he worked as a motor inspector and electrician. He was a member of Southern Ruritan Club and was currently serving as their vice president. He was also a life member of the NRA and a founding and life member of Columbiana County Rod and Gun Club. Buck was an avid sportsman and loved deer hunting, trap shooting and going fishing. He and his brother Lew went on many hunting trips together over the past 60 years. He was also very prou
