A real estate agent accused of bashing his girlfriend and trying to murder her friend also left an innocent family traumatised , when he allegedly tried to hide in their backyard just minutes later.
Karl Adon Howard, 44, is charged with viciously attacking his 27-year-old dating app lover and her 29-year-old friend in an allegedly shocking incident at his multi-million dollar home in Annandale, in Sydney s inner-west, on Monday.
Howard allegedly took four Viagra pills just hours before he tried to forcibly kiss his newest partner, leading her to scream.
When the woman s friend heard her yells she rushed downstairs and allegedly found Howard raining punches down on her at which point she intervened, only for the Ray White real estate agent to allegedly turn on her with a samurai sword.

A real estate agent with a sparkling smile allegedly tried to forcibly kiss a woman at the end of a lengthy drinking session, before using a samurai sword to attack her friend who tried to intervene, a court has heard.
Karl Adon Howard, 44, allegedly carried out what friends are describing as an out of character attack on his new 27-year-old love interest and her mate, 29, about 5am on Monday.
Howard - the principal at Ray White Balmain - is believed to have been drinking with the two women at his home on Ferris Street in Annandale, in Sydney s inner-west, on Sunday evening.

A top real estate agent allegedly took four Viagra pills before making unwanted sexual advances on a woman, and slicing her friend with a samurai sword when she rushed to her aid.
Karl Adon Howard, 44, was refused bail on Wednesday over the horrific alleged attack on a 27-year-old love interest and her 29-year-old friend at his home in Annandale, in Sydney s inner-west, in the early hours of Monday morning.
Howard, the co-owner of Ray White Balmain, had been intimately involved with the younger of the two women in recent weeks after meeting her on a dating app, the court heard.
