A small aluminum boat was reported on Tuesday to have been stolen in the 300 block of Baker Road SW south of New Philadelphia.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. â A 19-year-old shot while on his way home from work in Grand Rapids over the summer has succumbed to his injuries, GRPD said Thursday.
Julian Omar Tovar of Grand Rapids was shot July 22 near Crofton Street SW and Roy Avenue SW.
He never regained consciousness and had been hospitalized since the shooting.
