Top 30 Under 30 - Part 3

Top 30 Under 30 - Part 3 By Richie DiMaso on Mar 6, 2021, 6:05pm EST 13 10. Angel Garza (28) - Monday Night Raw - Of the many creative missteps that befell Monday Night Raw in 2020, the misuse of Angel Garza rankles the most with me. On NXT, Garza wowed fans with his pant tearing antics, supreme in-ring skills and dashing good looks. The third generation star elevated the Cruiserweight title when defeating Lio Rush. On paper the faction of Garza, Andrade and Zelina Vega looked a perfect fit. In reality this wasn t the case. The creative direction led the team to spend most of their time sniping at each other. They lost multiple title shots, and Garza seemed more focused on pursuing Charly Caruso and Demi Burnett than wowing in the ring.
