Running back James Conner was activated from the list Wednesday.The list is for players who have tested positive for the virus or were in close contact with someone who did test positive.Williams has been one of Pittsburgh s leaders on defense this season with 63 tackles, including 14 tackles for a loss, along with three sacks and two fumble recoveries.The Steelers were already thin at the linebacker position, with Devin Bush out for the year and Robert Spillane missing practice Wednesday and Thursday due to a knee injury.
