Networks and streaming services are celebrating Black culture with original educational and entertainment content throughout Black History Month.
Politicians, producers, podcasters, authors, singers, rappers, athletes, artists, and cultural commentators have signed on to appear in a variety of documentaries, concerts, special reports, and human interest features across various channels and digital platforms all month long.

Reports indicate a £1.5bn price tag on Valeo Foods – but is the timing right for a sale?
Timing is everything. And CapVest may have picked the perfect moment to hire bankers to attempt a sale of Valeo Foods. Momentum is picking up in M&A activity, valuations are high, private equity is cash rich, debt markets are favourable and Covid has put the wind behind the sails of large consumer groups.
If reports are accurate, advisor Goldman Sachs is hoping to hang a €1.7bn (£1.5bn) price tag on the ambient food group behind brands as diverse as Kettle, Rowse, Jacob’s and Balconi.
Valeo Foods owns a stable of well-known consumer brands, including Odlums flour.
Dublin-based food group Valeo Foods is up for sale, according to reports. Sky News is reporting that CapVest, the private equity firm backed by businessman Seamus Fitzpatrick, has appointed Goldman Sachs to oversee the sale of the company, in what is likely to be a multi-billion euro deal. A price tag in the region of €1.7bn is being speculated.
First established in 2010, Valeo Foods has grown through acquisition to become one of the largest branded food companies in Europe.
Employing over 4,000 people across the group, Valeo owns a stable of consumer food brands, including Batchelors, Odlums, Chef, Kelkin, Robert Roberts, Roma, Fruitfield, Rowse honey and the Italian brand Balconi. The company also owns a number of confectionary brands, like Refreshers, Dip-Dab and Foxes mints.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. A mass COVID-19 vaccination clinic was held Wednesday at an amusement park in the Lehigh Valley.
Dorney Park near Allentown is closed for the season, but the parking lot in South Whitehall Township was filled. People came to get their first dose of Moderna s COVID-19 vaccine.
Robert Roberts from Stroudsburg was one of them. I am glad it s over with. We have other things we need to get to down here, so we are doing it all in the same day.
