An initial investigation by Officer Robert Montalvo of the Woodbridge Police Department and Detective Linda Infusino of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office determined a female and a male were approached in the evening of April 16 in the area of Lee Street and Scott Place by two individuals and held at gunpoint. The investigation further determined the female victim was sexually assaulted, according to information provided by Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Director Robert Hubner of the Woodbridge Police Department.
