Wetumpka residents say finally getting to see it all come to life after months of the camera crews and construction was worthwhile.
“I think HGTV coming here is only going to help with tourism,” said Village Artist, Robert Mullins, “and the future growth and things that come down the road.”
Just hours after the show aired, Wetumpka Mayor Jerry Willis said there we’re dozens of visitors from several different states taking a detour, while traveling, to see the city.
“The amount of different license plates I’ve seen, just today, my goodness!” said Mayor Willis.

More than 800 Chinese companies have expressed interest in setting up shop in Tanzania according to the country’s Presidency.
Details indicate that the representatives of Chinese Business Chamber of Tanzania have met with President Samia Suluhu to discuss various issues pertaining to investments.
Areas of investment interest according to the Tanzanian government include; mobile phone industry, Human Medicine, Cars and Industrial parks.
China and Tanzania enjoy deep cooperation dating back decades since 1961.
Chinese President Xi Jinping visited the East African country in 2013 saying his visit aimed at consolidating the traditional friendship, charting the course for future cooperation and promoting common development. He believed the visit would surely inject new vigor and vitality into the development of bilateral friendly cooperative relations.

The Raxio Group, a premier pan-African data centre developer and Portfolio Company of US-based investment firm, Roha Group Inc., kicks off the construction of the first private certified Tier III carrier neutral colocation data center at the ICT Park in Addis Ababa.
With its investment and project plans completed in late 2019 and initial design underway, Raxio signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) in December 2019 to develop a data center with a 15.5 million dollar investment. To build and operate the tier III standard data center facility which is equipped with a high security physical infrastructure which has 7 layers of security, the Industrial Park Development Commission had secured land to Raxio Group. The first of a kind of tier III data center will be a fully-owned subsidiary in Ethiopia under the name, Raxio Data Centre PLC at the ICT Park.
